Printing on demand

Send us geometry. Get back a part that works.

Dual-extrusion FFF with water-soluble support, and MSLA resin for the parts where surface finish is the whole point. Every job is quoted by someone who has actually opened the file.

Three machines, two technologies

We pick the process to suit the part, not the other way round.

UltiMaker S3

Dual-extrusion FFF

Dual material with water-soluble support, so geometry that cannot be printed any other way comes off the bed clean. This is the machine that runs the large, load-bearing parts.

Single-extrusion FFF

Four of them, running as a bank. Reliable, repeatable prints in PLA, PETG and tough materials — which is what lets us take a batch and have the last part come out like the first.

MSLA resin

Resin detail for small linkages, fine mechanisms and anything where surface finish decides whether the part works. Shown here lifting an ABS-like Siraya Tech print out of the vat.

How it runs

From file to finished part

  1. 01

    Send your geometry

STL, STEP or 3MF. Tell us the material, the finish and how many you need.

  2. 02

    Get a quote

We check the part for printability and come back with a price and a lead time — not an automated guess.

  3. 03

    We print it

FFF or MSLA, whichever suits the part. Every job is checked off the bed before it is packed.

  4. 04

    It ships

Cleaned, supports removed, inserts set if you asked for them. Ready to bolt together.

What we are good at

The parts other people quote as “not printable”.

Deep housings with internal geometry. Thin walls that have to stay round. Overhangs that only survive because the second extruder is laying down support that dissolves in water instead of being prised off.

If you are not sure whether a part is realistic, send it anyway — telling you what will not work is part of the quote.
