Quotation
Send the file. Get a real answer.
No instant-quote widget that multiplies your bounding box by a number and discovers the problem after you have paid. Somebody opens the file, checks it will actually print, and comes back with a price and a date.
Rather use e-mail? That works too: contact@realize-3d.com
What to send
Five things and we can price it
Miss one and the first reply is a question instead of a quote — so the list is short on purpose.
-
01
The geometry
STEP is best — it keeps the real surfaces, so tolerances survive. STL and 3MF are fine. If the file is too big to e-mail, send a link to it.
-
02
What it has to survive
Heat, sunlight, water, a load, a knock. Tell us the job rather than the material and we will tell you what it should be made of.
-
03
How many
One and forty are not the same job. Quantity changes how it is laid out on the plate, and it changes the price per part.
-
04
Any deadline
Say so up front. We would rather tell you now that it is tight than miss it quietly later.
-
05
What it mates with
Threaded inserts, bearings, a shaft, a printed part you already have. Fits are the thing worth checking before it goes on a plate, not after.
What happens next
Quote, print, ship
-
01
Send your geometry
STL, STEP or 3MF. Tell us the material, the finish and how many you need.
-
02
Get a quote
We check the part for printability and come back with a price and a lead time — not an automated guess.
-
03
We print it
FFF or MSLA, whichever suits the part. Every job is checked off the bed before it is packed.
-
04
It ships
Cleaned, supports removed, inserts set if you asked for them. Ready to bolt together.
