What a delivery costs, where we deliver and how you can pay. The figures below are read straight from the shop settings, so they always match what the checkout charges.

We only deliver physical goods to the areas listed. Downloads have no shipping costs.

Delivery times

Downloads are available in your account immediately after payment and stay there without time limit. Physical goods are made to order: unless the product page or your quote states a different time, production takes up to 7 working days from the order (with payment in advance: from the payment arriving), plus 1 to 3 working days for standard shipping.

Downloads stehen unmittelbar nach Zahlung in Ihrem Kundenkonto bereit und bleiben dort zeitlich unbegrenzt abrufbar. Waren fertigen wir auf Bestellung: Sofern auf der Produktseite oder im Angebot keine andere Zeit angegeben ist, beträgt die Fertigungszeit bis zu 7 Werktage ab Bestellung (bei Vorkasse ab Zahlungseingang), zuzüglich 1 bis 3 Werktage für den Standardversand.

Payment by bank transfer

With payment in advance by bank transfer, please pay within 10 days of the order. We start production once the payment has arrived.

Bei Vorkasse per Überweisung zahlen Sie bitte innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach Bestellung. Die Fertigung beginnt nach Zahlungseingang.

Outside the EU

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be charged in the destination country. These are payable by the recipient.

Bei Lieferungen außerhalb der EU können Zölle und Einfuhrabgaben anfallen, die der Empfänger trägt.
